Chrissy Teigen's Dutch Baby

It's allllll good baby. This Dutch Baby covered in maple syrup is a delight. It's an enormous, mouth watering, Sunday breakfast kind-of-deal.


R E C I P E


ingredients:

1 cup flour

4 eggs

1 cup whole milk (I used almond milk & it was fine)

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

4 tablespoons butter melted

Maple Syrup (Chrissy uses Butterworth's but I'm a Syrup Snob, and only do real-deal-Vermont-sh*t)


  • directions: Preheat oven to 475 degrees.

  • Blend flour eggs, milk, salt & 2 tablespoons of melted butter.

  • Put the remaining 2 tablespoon of butter in a skillet if you're sick and have one, otherwise you can just use a cake pan like me

  • Bake about 18 minutes ( I think I underbaked mine, it should be a little more golden/dark brown on the puffed sides)

  • Put a lot of syrup & indulge
